Aileen’s story
There are so many My Birth stories I want to share with you. Including what I have learned through my own parenting journey and unique approach to supporting you in your own birthing, pregnancy and parenting experience. It’s also important to let you know what qualifications I have to offer this service. Instead of writing a traditional blog post, a friend offered to interview me so I can tell my story in a Q&A format. Click here for a little of my story so far:
We hope you have enjoyed experiencing our values in action within our sessions so far this year. As our staff and volunteer team grows and develops it is more and more important to make sure our values are clear for everyone to see in writing too.
We’re excited to bring you our new guided journaling podcast series for 2024, which you can enjoy with or without your little ones!
This month My Birth Support will be launching their new social media presence through our own page on Facebook and Instagram profile. This enhances what they already offer online such as their After My Birth Podcast Series, YouTube guided visualisation series and monthly Maternal Journal sessions on Zoom.
Back in 2013, our My Birth Support founder Aileen White had the idea to offer support to others who were experiencing anxiety of fear around birth, like she herself had. Find out how My Birth Support CIC has and can have a difference in the lives of parents and carers across Kent and the UK.
Find out how My Birth Support CIC are supporting mums in Africa as well as the UK through Pregnancy Twinning.
