Aileen’s story

There are so many My Birth stories I want to share with you.  Including what I have learned through my own parenting journey and unique approach to supporting you in your own birthing, pregnancy and parenting experience. This month My Birth Support will be launching their new social media presence through our own page on Facebook and Instagram profile. This enhances what they already offer online such as their After My Birth Podcast Series, YouTube guided visualisation series and monthly Maternal Journal sessions on Zoom.
