We hope you have enjoyed experiencing our values in action within our sessions so far this year. As our staff and volunteer team grows and develops it is more and more important to make sure our values are clear for everyone to see in writing too.

We’re back on Facebook and Instagram

This month My Birth Support will be launching their new social media presence through our own page on Facebook and Instagram profile. This enhances what they already offer online such as their After My Birth Podcast Series, YouTube guided visualisation series and monthly Maternal Journal sessions on Zoom.

After My Birth Podcast

Whether it’s two days, two weeks or even 22 years after your birth experience, our new After My Birth podcast can help if you feel overwhelmed, are struggling or feel traumatised by your pregnancy, birth and postnatal experience. Many parents have told us getting to a group might be too much to cope with, so I hope this new podcast series will help you start to get the support you need.

My Birth Recovery

There are so many who struggle with difficult pregnancies, traumatic births, or challenging postnatal experiences. If you’re struggling, you’re not alone and help is available through the My Birth Recovery course.
